I'm glad to see there will be a new location opening at the Arlington Highlands shopping center. I do enjoy Ulta but the current location in Arlington is always a crammed and cluttered mess with dirty carpet. The locations in Hurst and FW are so much nicer. Maybe they will keep up with inventory a little better with a bigger store because they are usually out of at least one item I am needing every time I go. Same goes for the employees, maybe they will hire more informative and nicer people, some are ok, others need an attitude adjustment or just need to know more. One plus so far, they did get rid of the bitter and unhelpful manager though, the one with the circa 1985 hair and makeup--just what you need at a cosmetics store/salon. Its too bad the best manager got sent off to one of the nicer stores a couple years ago, seen her at Hulen and Hurst. Yes, I do continue to shop there because of the convenience and great coupons/sales but hopefully they will do better at the new location.

To my surprise all the rude employees are no longer employed there. And all I recieved was friendly and helpful customer service. Shelves were stocked with plenty of goods and store was neat and tidy. many helpful employees throughout the store but not in the prestiege make up section, understandably it was really really buzy. Selection is great and prices are awsome too. Look out for the coupons that give $3.50 to $5 off $10

I'm not to sure how the service ranks at this place, but I do know that they sell a lot of designer hair products for cheap. If you wait for their sales or clearances, you can usually get paul mitchell stuff for really cheap. I paid a third of the price. I didn't think the staff was too rude, in fact they were very nice to me.

I like this store because I can always find what I need for hair, make up and facial products. They have a salon in the store that is reasonable. They have great ad prices and very nice employees.  This salon is very professional so the cost are higher than a Great Clips, but you get a great cut and style.

I suppose I am a bit biased becuase I work in cosmetics but I hate shopping here. I only do because it is the only Ulta in the area and I can do alot of shopping in one store but the employees are terribly rude and no nothing about the products they are selling. This is an awful place to shop and I dread having to go there. No one knows what anything is nor where it is nor why it is. Arg just plain awful.
