I went there a few months ago to their ER. I have been unable to make payments on the astronomical bill, after having paid for the doctor's individual bill. I still get calls from their collection department recording me without my permission. When I went there, they didn't do much to treat me and just wanted to get a profit from me.

This hospital is very good. I had to take my wife to the ER and then she was in ICU. I feel that she received the best treatments available and great nurses. They were great at explaining everything. The entire staff was very understanding and helpful. I would return here for major or minor things.

Had to go to this hospital a few times, urgently, and the treatment received there was poor. Emergency rooms are dirty, staff is invisible, and doctors don't seem to care. If this had been a one-time occurance, I perhaps would think differently. But after 4 different incidences, it's their normal operating procedure. Wait for hours, receive incorrect treatement, and out the door you go. Then you have to go to another hospital or physician to be properly treated. This hospital needs to change it's practices. They've already caused enough needless deaths. PROS: None CONS: Too numerous to mention them all.

The staff at Medical Center of Arlington makes an extra effort to take special care of all their patients. The ER knows how to prioritize the patients correctly so that no one is over looked and each condition is treated accordingly. The nurses are extremely knowledgable in all areas and make you feel as close to home as possible. PROS: Wonderful staff that makes you feel close to home. CONS: None.
