I've lived in this area my whole life and I finally checked out Green's Produce. Produce costs a little more than at the grocery store, but worth it for the freshness and to support local growers. I did make an impulse buy of their chips and jarred queso, and was disappointed. Neither were that good and the queso had MSG in it. BUT, I should have known to stick with produce...that's what they're known for!

Green's Produce really does have all things grown in Texas. I go for east Texas tomatoes and for locally grown fruits and vegtables. They have been around for a long time and their quality stays wonderful. Their prices have gone up a little but are still better than most grocery stores. They do have some house plants and some nuts and things but it is all Texas grown. I even get jars of honey from them that has the honeycomb in them and it is Texas grown. The workers are wonderful and helpful. They tell you where everything was grown and comes from.

I love farm fresh produce but do not have the time to drive to the Farmers Market in Dallas. This place has solved that problem for me as it is centrally located in Arlington.
The produce is always fresh and tastes so much better than anything you will find in a grocery store. Since the building is open you also get the feel that you are at a Farmers Market.
For the quality of food you get, the prices are right on the money. I would recommend to anyone to stop by (especially when strawberries are in season they are to die for!)

Green's Produce has been selling quality produce for years. Over the last few years, they've expanded to offer the same quality of plants and flowers. Its rare to find a place that carries Texas produce preferentially, but Greens is one of those places. Combined with the friendly service, Green's Produce is the total package.

In the back are the pots... clay and in all different colors... they also have big bird houses! beautiful and colorful and fresh and cheap. I love going there...

I have been shopping with this place since I was a little girl, and now I live 50 miles away. I still drive the distance to find the best produce, best plants, and best prices. The produce just doesn't get any better than here, and they supply a lot of Texas produce. The plants are hardy and healthy. I just won't go anywhere else!

Green's Produce keeps a great selection of fresh produce, but I love their commitment to provide Arlington with the best in local produce. When my neighborhood grocery has no Texas peaches or cantaloupes, Green's does. They also carry Dublin Dr. Pepper and local honey. Their plants and gardening decor are top quality, too. I highly recommend them.
