As far as Mall Arcades this one is pretty average. It is not as large as it use to be (when it was located downstairs) but it still has a great variety of Arcade Games. One very cool aspect is that every Game is for Sale! So, if you have a few thousand extra dollars and are looking for a unique gift...just come here and buy yourself a Pinball Machine.

I love the Rangers and the Ballpark in Arlington. I do still wish it was the Ballpark in downtown Dallas but you take what you can get. The stadium is and always has been beautiful and it is nice that at least so far this season, the product on the field is keeping pace.

We went to the new Studio Movie Grill last night with my partner's mother...an evening out on the town. It was our first experience at the new location in South West Arlington near Parks Mall. It was easy to tell that they are still adjusting the new employees to their job responsibilities. Nothing was explained to us about how it all worked, we had to ask. Once we got the explanation we were directed to our theater.
Upon entering, it was clear to see that they tried to maximize seating at the expense of the customer. The seats were swivel executive chairs with no room to swivel. Once we saw that no one was going to sit near our area, we promptly removed one of the chairs and pushed it back to the next row, giving us adequate space.
The food was good, but a little pricey. But I can accept that when you have the convience of movie and dinner together. Her Mom got the grilled chicken sandwich which looked good...we split the rib basket, which I would not recommend again. Although the ribs were good, they had very little meat on six ribs for $10.50. We also ordered the potato skins which were topped with cheese and lots of bacon and disappeared fast!!! The popcorn was a disappointment, apparently popped hours before showtime, it was stale....so skip on that too. We've heard from others that the burgers are fantastic, so that will be our next order when we visit the Studio Movie Grill again.
All in all, a very pleasant experinece and one that we will take in again....By the way, the movie of choice this adventure was "Night at the Museum" and it was excellent!

I like this pool hall for a fun night out with friends or groups of people. The tables are easy to get, and there is hardly ever a wait. The service is good and they keep the place clean. Not a fan of the smoke, but some of my friends smoke so I can't really complain. I also like to play darts here.

When I go bowling, this is where I go! Friday nights are the best. They have a Midnight Bowl where they pump up the music turn off the main lights and turn the Strobe lights on! When that happens, you feel like you're in a club rather than a bowling alley! Its a great place for families to hang out as they have a mini arcade and pool tables to boot.

It is THE ABSOLUTE BEST theme park I have ever been to. It is great if you're on a date, by yourself, or with the family. It is a non-smoking place, but they have places where you can smoke(designated ares). The rides are great!I love the Titan, Mr.Freeze, the Batman, and, the new ride, Tony Hawk's Big Spin! The food taste good. Some of the lines are long depending on which day you go, but you can get a Flash Pass so that you don't have to wait on SOME rides. The souvineer cups offer great memories and so does everything in this amusemaent park. They have a parade at the end of each day(I think) and they celebrate holidays such as Fright Fest(Halloween) and holiday in the park(Christmas). There are kid, family, thrill, water, and relaxing rides throughout the park so don't miss out on a one-of-a-kind expierience that you will never forget! (Oh yeah one more thing..you could get a season pass and get discounts, free tickets, and you get to come for free.)
Pros: The rides and expierience of getting to come.
Cons: SOME of the lines were long.(some were short or medium)

I went here a few years ago with my sister and I had a blast. We weren't able to ride too many rides because we had her kids with us, so either the guys stayed down while the girls rode or the guys rode while we stayed with the kids. We were able to get on a few that were safe for the whole family so we got our pictures taken on that one.
Its expensive to get in but if you have no kids you will have a blast. I plan on going back this summer if we can find the time.
Everything is expensive inside the park but I think that its well worth it with all the fun that you will have. I never even realized how much we spent there.
Make sure you get there as soon as the park opens so that you can get a full day in cause sometimes the lines are super long.

This place has a good selection of music. I even found some rare radish here, but I must say that this place is a little pricy. Another cool thing about this place is they carry some guitar accessories, but again the price is probably a lot cheaper at places like guitar center.

River Legacy park and Living Science Center is a great place to spend a Saturday. Arlington is a sea of restaurants, so it's nice to go to the park and work off some of those fatty foods. This park has it all, and the science center is a place kids love to visit. You should bring your bicycles, ride the trails, and then check out the fun facts in the science center.
