The young man who wiped my car down did a hasty, poor job. He took no pride in his work, and the manager would not take responsibility for what happened and even tried to blame the damage on me. I am a 75 year old teacher and I live an honest life. I was very disappointed when the manager told me "I can give you the number to the main offices, but they won't do anything." So much for business integrity.

When Colonial Car Wash was first built years ago, I was highly impressed by them and signed up for the yearly membership. Nowadays the place is always crowded and the guys do a horrible job of drying and detailing my car. I would not reccommend a car wash here during the summer as more often than not they leave your car in the hot texas sun to fininsh drying leaving your car with water spots all over .
What I would reccommend is their oil change service. The guys are truly professionals, there is hardly ever more than a 10 minute wait and every two weeks a coupon comes in the mail!

I love going to Colonial as the service tecks are very good at greeting you with a smile and bringing it to your attention if they find anything wrong during your oil change. They don't pressure you into anything your not comfortable doing and service your car with care. Coupons are always available to keep you coming back.
