we recently purchsed a vechile from the nissan dealership and I would have to say (this is the 4th car I have purchased) my salesman was of the no pushy type. We did the usual haggeling but the rest was basically up to us.
It took us a week to decid on what car to purchase and our guy did not cal to bug us once..
What an experience.
Makes car buying actually pleasant.

Actually I went to Don Davis used Cars and Trucks on HWY 360 in Arlington. They sold me a 2003 Ford F-150 truck, extended cab for a very reasonable price and at a monthly payment I could afford.
I would highly recommend The Don Davis Group to any one looking to buy a car.

You have all heard the saying: time is money. Well I am displeased to say, they had me waiting and I lost time and money.
I always bring my car to Don Davis for service, I just feel comfortable taking my car their. We also typically use the same service sales person, but when I drove in for my oil change our regular guy was not there.
But Marc was, and his customer service should shame the entire company.
Although he assured me that oil changes were running about 1 1/2 time wait (which is usual), I waited 2 hours. No well that is not a big deal, here is the punch line.... My car was ready in 1/2 an hour after I came there and Marc had me waiting, because HE WENT TO LUNCH!!!!
He never notified another person or me, or the tech that he was leaving and had a customer waiting, NEVER!
They had me waiting for nothing! Customer beware!

Don Davis was by far the most pleasant dealership we have ever step foot in. From the very get go it was all smiles and handshakes. They know how how to treat their customers. We have bought several cars throughout the metroplex. Not once have I ever enjoyed the process as much as i did over there. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We finally found a place where you feel like a part of a family. It feels good to know someone is out there looking out for your best interest. We were so blessed to fall upon this place. The have a gentleman by the name of Todd Bigham. You owe it to yourself to visit him he is amazing. We love him.

First I went to a Mazda store in McKinney, where they flat-out lied about what they would sell me a car for over the phone... drove all the way there, and they said 'oh, that's plus the window-tint, pinstripe, blahblahblah'... went to a Mazda store in Denton, SAME EXACT THING!!! I went to Fort Worth and Mesquite (yes, I drove everywhere) because I had a specific car I wanted. The folks at those stores just didn't want to help me. I told them my credit wasn't great, and they ignored me. I finally called Hiley in Arlington, and they promised they wouldn't play those games. I didn't believe them, but they actually didn't play games! They even got me approved at the lowest interest rates because my credit really wasn't that bad. They treated me with nothing but respect the whole time, and we completed the whole transaction in about an hour. The owner's son greeted me, and actually sat & talked with us for 15-20 minutes. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and he personally brought us all soft-drinks & gave us his card with his direct line.
I have never had a better experience buying anything, much less a car, and I will never shop anywhere else but Hiley in Arlington.

When looking for a car, visited Autobaun and Mortiz. Had a specific price point in getting a 5 series with specific interior. Gary at Moritiz really worked me a great deal and added additional Ipod connection at no cost. Since it was a pre-owned car, it had several issues that were fixed immediately. They have always proveded me with a loaner, which is a huge deal, when I brought my car in for service. Also, once filled the gas tank. :o) Plus, my car and the loaner they give me is always sent thru the car wash. So, yes the CAR WASH is back!! So far in my two months, they have taken very good care of me and look forward to purchasing another from them.
Pros: Gary in Sales is exceptional and Service has been Great!
Cons: Service is somewhat slow

Moritz is the best place to get a Mini in the DFW area. The motoring advisors (salesmen) are laid-back and can help you custom order a car, and they have a few that you can buy off the lot. I found buying a Mini a very pleasant experience at Moritz. An extra they offer is free car washes whenever you want as long as your warranty is in effect.
