brought a 06 TDI to get serviced here ended up getting a whole new motor and transmission out of it, ever since then its been nothing but problems. Ended up finding out the exhaust had been broken, all the oil lines where still loss, bolts were missing, and to top it off about 10k later the bolts on the transmission mount just fell off. The service manager talks to you like a total ---------, made a comment like I should be happy the car has lasted 10k.... I dont know about ya'll but a car with a merely 34k on it and a 5 yr, $4hundred plus payment a month should never give you any problems, I also bought a VW because they are suppose to last forever. Sales guys are ok but if I had to take my car in for service ever again I rather let my 2 yr old nephew do it then the pin head techs they have there...... To top it off they treat you like if you were born yesterday!

We purchased my wife's VW New Beetle from Randy Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington at an amazing price. We shopped for it online through www.vw.com and searching for certified used vw's. The price was the LOWEST by FAR in the area and as I am currently looking for another VW I am still seeing the same thing - they have the lowest prices on VWs in the DFW area. Now, the downside. The service after the sale is not what I expect from VW... they don't give the same type of "royal" treatment I have come to expect. Verdict: Buy your VW here and get serviced somewhere else :-)
