Trader Joe's is not my favorite all natural grocery store but it's not bad. The store is small but very inviting. The staff is polite. They have a lot of good products. I got some sugar, good olive oil here. The only thing I disliked was their dried fruits. I don't come here often because of it's location but I like Trader's Joe's but not more than Whole Foods. I absolutely love this place! My now boyfriend took me there for our first date, and I love it. It's got an good vibe, clean, quiet, relaxing, but with the excitement of the great food. The taste is definitely real Thai, not like all the other Thai restaurants you find in Boston. I love all of their curries, especially the green curry. Also, try their tom yum kung soup, it's now my favorite soup ever!

This is the only place in Boston I'm not embarrassed to take native Japanese people
Sure, other places might be more glamorous and more expensive, but if excellent sushi and Japanese cuisine is what you're looking for, hop out of the city to Arlington for some of the best authentic Japanese food. The waitresses actually speak Japanese (unlike some of the other Asian run "Japanese" restaurants in Boston) and the chefs prepare beautiful dishes.
It is a little restaurant with minimal seating, so it's a great place for a date or to bring friends for excellent food. (Probably not so great for fancy special occasions if you're looking for real atmosphere) Really, the food is what's worth coming here for. The service is attentive and fantastic with native bend-over-backwards hospitality, the specials are creative, and the prices reasonable. It's no wonder its visited with Japanese families all week.
More people ought to know about this place--but until word really gets out, enjoy the short wait for a table and enjoy. I looked on citysearch for hours to find a place to replace my beloved Roka in Central, and I'm so glad that place is just a short drive or hop on the 77 from Harvard Square.

Mark Potter is a great Chiropractor! He's caring, concerned and always available to help someone in need. He practices the Activator Method which means he doesn't do lots of manual adjustments. His treatments are gentle and thorough and have long-lasting effects. I've been seeing him for years and recommend him highly. His office staff are also wonderful, welcoming, helpful people.

I went to this place a couple weeks ago to fix a leak in my exhaust system. The owner was very pleasant and helpful ! He even suggested giving me a ride home while my car was getting repaired . Prices were well below other estimates and the service was just great ! I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a great local mechanic

You will be astonished at this store that is right out of my childhood with everything imaginable in it. This store has real wool socks, all kinds of socks, flip-flops, hair stuff, candy, toys, party goods, brooms, aprons like people wore in 1940, paper goods, table covers, curtains, doilies, markers, fabric, sewing machine needles, dishes, hardware supplies, anything you can think of. But the experience of just walking down the creaky wooden floors is soooo nostalgic. You just have to go in and take it all in while picking up stuff you need.

Za is in a strange location, but the food is great. Serving gourmet pizzas in a slightly upscale atmosphere, the restaurant offers an interesting selection of pizzas, salads, and desserts. With toppings that include goat cheese, cherries, and carmelized onions, among others, this is a great place to go for a solo meal or to get a selection to split with companions. I only wish it was open for lunch!

After asking around, I brought my wedding gown to Janette. I had the straps shortened, hem taken up, and a bustle. She was fantastic. She was reliable and easy to work with. Three of my bridesmaids brought their dresses to her-- one of them with major work (she was losing weight after a baby) and they all came out beautifully!
