During a recent visit to the King of Prussia Mall, I decided to check out Janie and Jack, a children's store owned by Gymboree. I'd heard from a relative that they had high quality (but pricey) children's clothes. I picked up a beautiful pink, eyelet two-piece outfit for a cousin's new baby girl, but for a price. The clothing in Janie and Jack is of a very high quality, the kind your friends will salivate for as a hand-me-down. This is a great place if you are looking for a special baby gift. However, for everyday clothes, I'd skip it, unless you have a high income. The store is gorgeous, the staff helpful, but I did have sticker shock. Nevertheless, I know my cousin will be beyond pleased with the beautiful outfit (wrapped impeccably by the cashier), so it was a worthwhile splurge. link: http://www.janieandjack.com

Located in Suburban Square in Ardmore, Janie and Jack is an upscale children's boutique. They have some beautiful clothing for babies and children. Prices are expensive, even when they have a sale the prices are still high. I love how the package your purchase- it is wrapped in tissue paper in a gorgeous box and it is put in a matching, pretty bag. They really show attention to detail!
