I have to agree that I was not thrilled with the quality of the food. The prices were not awful, but it definitely wasn't cheap. The portions were quite large, so I guess they figure they can charge... More
I have to agree that I was not thrilled with the quality of the food. The prices were not awful, but it definitely wasn't cheap. The portions were quite large, so I guess they figure they can charge more for it. But really, the quality just wasn't there. When I pay that kind of money, I expect a certain quality of food.

The food is ok at Vinny Testa's but not what you'd expect for the price. The prices are on the high side. The interior is very nice and classy and the service is good. I got a stomach ache after eating here for the last time, I'm not sure it was from the food, but I'm not sure it wasn't either. I think there are much better ways to spend your restaurant dollars in the area than going to Vinny T's.

The portions here are huge so make sure you come hungry! Vinny T's is an Italian restaurant that serves meals "family style." Considering the amount of food that you get the prices are very reasonable. Also, a friend of mine said that he had the best steak there the other night. Vinny T's is extremely crowded on the weekends so try to get there early or try calling ahead. The atmosphere is pleasant although a bit dark and the servers are very attentive and polite.
