We are lucky enough to live in a state that has a Trader Joes. A location in Philly, Ardmore, Media and Wayne – There is one not far away. I have yet to purchase anything that I did not like. Trader Joes is not your typical grocery store. You will not find “weekly” specials on items or massive selections. The prices are always low and they have a large selection without offering you a million choices for a single item. It is a great place to go if you are having a party. They have a great selection of cheeses, desserts, crackers, etc. If you have pets, there cat and dog food is a big hit with the fury friends.

This is probably my favorite restaurant on the Main Line. All the food is plated *beautifully* and tastes *delicious* to boot. Thai Pepper does serve its own alcohol, so there is no need to BYOB. The staff are very professional and listen attentively to you. The dining room is small but the decor is quite lovely and inviting. A great value.
Pros: Beautiful food, good service, nice decor

Please! This is Philadelphia! We have real hoagies. We have Amoroso rolls ( or D'Ambrosios). We don't need prefab sandwiches on doughy amorphic bread. How anyone can frequent such an outside entity is beyond comprehension. It's like drinking Sprite when you live in Champagne.

I'm not a coffee expert. it all tastes the same to me. When I go to starbucks I don't even know what Grande, Latte etc..means. But their coffee is ok, and they have couches and stuff so you can hang out and drink coffee. pretty cool I guess

Sorry for the corny pun, but Siamese Princess is a favorite destination of mine for Thai food. My husband and I love the creamy Masaman curry with tofu. It's chock full of fresh veggies and tofu cooked to just the right texture. Wash it down with a sweet and smoky Thai iced tea...yum! Plus, the great food is paired with friendly and attentive service.

Siamese Princess has to be one of the best values in the greater Philadelphia area. The food and presentation are always tops - - the prices low.
Owners constantly upgrading atmosphere and menu.
Pros: Food, Friendly-Relaxed Service, BYO, Ambience
Cons: Service slow at times, when restaurant suddenly fills up.

This is good spot if you want a decent, quick meal that isn't terribly expensive. The decor is pretty cool - a 50s style diner with period advertising on the walls and a model train that runs just below the ceiling. The food is pretty average. They've got great drinks. I would recommend a milkshake or a flavored coca-cola.
