I've bought 3 Nissan's from Lancaster Nissan, in Lancaster PA. But shopping for a car this time, we couldn't find the inventory we wanted and my wife was put-off with the salesperson.
So we happened to notice Ardmore Nissan's vehicle listings on eBay. We took a 60 mile drive and ended up buying a 2008 Rogue AWD. Initially we were a little cautious - leaving our rural country car dealers, and shopping at a Philadelphia Metro car dealer. But our worries were unfounded.
Friendly people even though they were very busy on Sat. Easy negotiation of the very, very fair price (less than Cars Direct, less that Edmund's "What other's are paying" price, less than eBay prices). Bob, our main sales guy, was happy to show invoice prices, dealer holdbacks, etc. None of the typical, "Let me go talk to my manager and see what we can do", routine. It was the last day of the month - they were busy but pressure on us was virtually none.
The car was ready when promised and the paperwork process was simple. Finance guy (Leon?) was pleasant. We also met the General Manager (Mark?) who was very personable.
I'd easily reccomend Ardmore Nissan to friends and others.
Pros: Nearly everything about Ardmore Nissan
Cons: They are in the middle of a construction project, hard to park and find inventory

After reading 2 less than positive experiences, I was inclined to write. I am on my second Infiniti now. I love the car, product and the folks at Infiniti of Ardmore (including the service dept.). As a woman, you always fear you're getting taken advantage of. Not here. They treat me well, explain things, respect my schedule by having a loaner ready, and in one instance, even came to my work to fix a problem! I've found them to be courteous, professional and timely. I am a happy customer and refer friends to them all the time.

Our present Honda is the fourth that has been leased through Main Line Honda and probably won't be the last. Their prices are competitive, the service department is terrific, and their sales force is quite good.

I went to the parts department of this dealership and dealt with the guys there. How wonderful and knowledgeable the guys were who helped me. He went out of his way to find the mirror I needed ,for my car, that I knocked off pulling into my garage. I will always go there for parts.
PROS: extremely helpful and friendly
CONS: parking was tight
