I just recently got engaged and had only had my engagement ring for little over a month. I was making my son's bed and hit my hand (and ring) on his bedpost. To my dismay one of the diamonds popped out of my ring. It was one of the smaller pave diamonds so I was devastated and knew I was never going to find where it landed. In tears, I remembered Prince Jewelers who came highly recommended. I called and Lam told me to come in so he could look at it. In 20 minutes, I was at Prince Jewelers and Lam told me to come back in an hour and it would be fixed. Well, I returned in a hour and my ring was just as beautiful as when I first received it! My ring was good as new! Thanks Lam!!

Nordstrom is the best Customer Service retail store in the country. Although the store is generally expensive, it makes up for price with quality and customer service. The sales associates are super friendly and will go out of their way to find you what you're looking for. If they don't have any items in stock, they will even offer to find them and ship them to your door. Returns are never a problem at Nordstrom, even when you lose your receipt. They will look up your purchases for you just from your credit card. Plus there is no time limit for returns! This store rocks!

If you are looking for unique gifts, this is the place to go. They have things for your kitchen, clothes, baby items, jewelry and a lot more. The store is packed with gift ideas. I recommend going there and signing up to be on their email list. They send out special sale flyers with 20-40% off coupons.

Love, love, love this store. The most knowledgeable staff, the best service, the most incredible classes offered. You won't find a better bead opportunity than here. Go and see for yourself. Its total bead utopia!
Pros: Fantastic store, great service, great parking, awesome beads!
Cons: None... and I've shopped there for 10 years.

They have fresh fruit that you can't even find in Vons or Ralphs, and seafood. In front of the store there is a bakery that has really good Cheese bread and other baked goods.
