I celebrated my birthday with a spa package at Spa Xanadu and I am glad I did. The staffs there were very friendly and courteous. My appointment was on time, done right and professional. I was not rush or feel pressured. It was very nice and relaxing. They offer variety of facial and body treatments that I can select from. This is a place that I will keep going back and not get tired of.

I am so glad that I found this place. I was in such a pain with my inflamed sciatica and my doctor handed me the card from Urban Retreat. There is amazing Ukrainian who knows how to treat it. She have used Heated Stones and some other techniques that I could not pronounce. If you have pain ask for Irina?she does it all.
Pros: I found my therapist
Cons: Only one shower and no sauna

Venus Beauty Galleria is an undiscovered gem in Arcadia.
Their facial is one of the best experiences of my life. Plan on spending 2+ hours for a standard facial and walking out more relaxed than you have been in a month. Unlike some spas that turn on the steam and leave the room for 15 minutes at a time, a facial at Venus is 100% focused attention. Their standard facial includes 2 full hours of scrubbing, moisturizing, treating, massaging and eyebrow shaping. The technicians here (ask for Mary) are perfectionists and will not quit until you are scrubbed, polished, relaxed and happy.
Additional bonus - they are open until 8pm most days and open Sundays as well.

this is my daughters favorite store. she buys all her clothes from here. and they seem to have reasonably piced stuff. she comes home with bags full every time she shops here.
they look very young to me tho. i guess it's not exactly stuff i would wear. hence the forever 21 name!
but at least she can afford these clothes! and they look good on her! maybe in my second life time i can go back and shop here!

Hair Creation is one of my favorite places to buy salon brand shampoos and conditioners. The lady that works behind the counter is always helpful in recommending hair care products and what would work best with the style that I want. They are very reeasonably priced compared to other salons that sell the same products. They also offer cuts, and they cut great short styles.

and being in the mall, makes it so convenient to go and see what they have...
i have a friend that bought one and they just live and die by it! they all sit in it every day in the middle of their living room!

I should have known, the day I walked in I actually walked out because they were so rude. I wanted to try them again, they were close, and falsely beleived that Curves would be down to earth and real. NOT. It didnt' work for me, my schedule changed then after mayone for months on end, I called to cancel. They called me back and said $50 cancel fee. (uggh as if i didn't waste enough $$) I called back and said OK. They kept billing me and billing me monthly. I didn't even notice it...then at the end of February I realized they kept billing me since August - when I cancel. I called to explain and I thought they would be coorperative. The girl on the phone said, let me check and get back to you. I got a nasty form letter instead that said - you can never really cancel unless it is in writing. I was angry called them wrote them the cancel letter! THEY CONTINUED TO BILL ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Finally I cancelled my credit card .. now they are trying to collect more money from me ugh

Dr. Khan is the most uncaring doctor and it shows with how she treats her patients. they not only rush during treatment but they do not treat your condition. I went for laser hair removal and have had over 5 treatments and there are no results in fact she just kept shaving the area!! HIGHLY AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Cons: They are not qualified to preform laser surgery. You will see no results!!
