I should have known, the day I walked in I actually walked out because they were so rude. I wanted to try them again, they were close, and falsely beleived that Curves would be down to earth and real. NOT. It didnt' work for me, my schedule changed then after mayone for months on end, I called to cancel. They called me back and said $50 cancel fee. (uggh as if i didn't waste enough $$) I called back and said OK. They kept billing me and billing me monthly. I didn't even notice it...then at the end of February I realized they kept billing me since August - when I cancel. I called to explain and I thought they would be coorperative. The girl on the phone said, let me check and get back to you. I got a nasty form letter instead that said - you can never really cancel unless it is in writing. I was angry called them wrote them the cancel letter! THEY CONTINUED TO BILL ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Finally I cancelled my credit card .. now they are trying to collect more money from me ugh PROS: None CONS: Everything
