Inexperienced sales reps and management at Kevins Jewelers/Sabie Acceptance. This company has been MY WORST NIGHTMARE! After spending several thousands of dollars, leaving me with BROKEN/POOR quality diamond jewelry, they immediately SUE anyone that has missed a few payments!! They void warranties you pay hundreds for, if you do not bring in your jewelry every 90 days to their few locations in CA and AZ only. Buyers BEWARE!!

I got my engagement ring from Kevin Jewelers and the diamond was yellower than when I first picked it out. I did not want my wedding band from there but that's exactly where my husband bought it. I was so mad because the band was supposed to be white gold and when I went to get the ring sized, they mixed it with yellow gold. This change was very noticeable after cleaning the ring a few times. I will NEVER EVER shop there. I cry every time I think about it. This definitely was not the ring I wished for as my special piece of jewelry for the rest of my life. I will be looking for another set somewhere else for my anniversary. Shoppers beware!!!!

I am very disappointed with the service at Kevin Jewelers. The salespeople do not tell the truth about the quality of the diamonds they are selling, They can say just about anything about a diamonds quality and most of the time they lie so they can sell the jewelry. I bought a diamond ring and I was told by the salesman that the diamond was a G color it turned out when I had it appraised that the diamond was I colored. He also said it was SI 1 and it turned out to be SI 2. I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT SHOP THERE!!

My wife had bought a ring @ the arcadia mall. When she went back to get a little bit more information about the ring she had purchased. Another employee had told her differently from what the first person had said. SO SHE WAS UPSET!! SO I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. For the STUPID employee who had made her feel this way on our special day....... KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SELLING BEFORE GIVING WRONG INFORMATION TO CONSUMERS AND MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE A SUCKER.

If you are looking for good quality jewelry then Kevin Jewelers is the place for you! The prices here are not cheap but the jewelry is really beautiful. You will find a decent amount of good jewelry. The employees are really great and helpful and I would recommend this jeweler.

I have only been to this place once but the people were really friendly. I actually went there to get my ears pierced. You will spend a little more to do it here because their earings are just more expensive. However the quality is much better so you just have to think of it as a good investment. They looked like they had a good selection of jewlery as well. It is not a large store so they won't have a ton of stuff all the time but they seemed to have pieces that would be a little more unique than those that you would find at a larger store.
