I just recently got engaged and had only had my engagement ring for little over a month. I was making my son's bed and hit my hand (and ring) on his bedpost. To my dismay one of the diamonds popped out of my ring. It was one of the smaller pave diamonds so I was devastated and knew I was never going to find where it landed. In tears, I remembered Prince Jewelers who came highly recommended. I called and Lam told me to come in so he could look at it. In 20 minutes, I was at Prince Jewelers and Lam told me to come back in an hour and it would be fixed. Well, I returned in a hour and my ring was just as beautiful as when I first received it! My ring was good as new! Thanks Lam!!

I became a customer of Lam after an awful experience with a jeweler in the LA diamond district. Lam is a wonderful designer and has made me three incredible rings (one was a setting for a three carat diamond that had belonged to my mom) as well as repair and re-design other pieces of jewelry I own. The quality of workmanship is impeccable and his prices cannot be beat. I have referred several of my friends to him and they are also extremely pleased. From what I have seen when in his store, he is on a first name basis with most of his customers and they have been long time clients like me. I would not consider going to anyone else.

After reading several reviews I had to leave one myself. I have known Lam (prince jewelers) for almost 30 years. He made the first wedding ring for my wife and several other fine pieces of jewelery for my entire family. I wouldn't go anywhere else! This is a very stand-up guy who I can trust with my most expensive pieces. You will not or cannot find a better deal or find better quality anywhere else. This woman who wrote this negative review must have had a bad day and took it out on Prince Jewelers. Either she was having a bad day or she is just never happy. To the woman who wrote this, stay home next time. It's people like you that give others a bad name. Lam, his wife, and his business did not deserve this.

I have been a customer of Lam's for 7 years. He has a great variety of jewelry to choose from and always fantastic prices. I first went there to upgrade the size of the diamond in my wedding ring. Every store I went to either said I couldn't upgrade and keep my same setting or tried to sell me a different style ring, not Lam. He brought out lots of stones for me to choose from and set my new 2 carat stone right in my original setting and at a great price. I was so impressed that I turned my Mom and Sister on to Prince Jewelers. Since them my Mom has upgraded her diamond solitare and my sister had Lam make her a completely redesigned wedding ring that she loves. But its not just the rings that are great my family has purchased earrings, necklaces and bracelets. If you want to have a piece of jewelry designed just like you want Lam can design it for you and even make suggestions if you aren't sure exactly what you want. Lam is friendly, helpful and knows his jewelry. If you want great quality, great service and great prices go to Prince Jewelers and see Lam you won't be disappointed.

I have been a customer of Prince Jewelers for over ten years and have nothing but the best to say about Lam. Not only are his prices very reasonable, he and his staff are excellent craftsmen. When I bought my wife's engagement ring there, Lam listened to what I wanted and crafted a fantastic ring. I have since upgraded the diamond several times and each time Lam gave me full credit for the previous diamond towards the new diamond. My wife loves her ring and the 3 carat diamond. I told Lam what I was looking for quality wise and he waited until the best match materialized and then showed me exactly what I was looking for. Today I picked up a custom pennant that I showed him a picture of. It was made exactly how I envisioned it in 18k gold and the price was very reasonable considering the gold content and craftsmanship. I read another review which said Lam was rude and not a good listener and that has never been my experience or that of my client's who have gone there. Just in reading the other person's review, it sounds like that person has some issues. If you are looking for quality and value, look no further than Prince Jewelers. As a business owner myself, I appreciate quality and value.

Over ten years ago I was introduced to Prince Jewelers and since then I have had numerous custom pieces designed. I have always been very pleased as Lam is a true artist. He designs beautiful and unique pieces using only the finest of stones. I receive complements on all the rings, bracelets and necklaces to which he has designed for me, and also many of my relatives. We are lucky to have such a great place without having to travel to the Jewelry Mart. Not only are his pieces one of a kind but his prices are excellent. He always exhibits the utmost of professionalism with his kind and patient attitude. You won't be disappointed!

In my experience with Prince Jewelers for the past 12 years, I have been more than satisfied. Lam is a master of creativity. He has helped me design some of my jewelry and has created some outstanding pieces. When you walk into Prince Jewelers, you will undoubtedly find something that you want. He will assist you in choosing something in your price range. He is an honest person and his prices are the best. Admittedly, he is busy because he is soooo GOOD! To his credit, I always get compliments on my jewelry. Lam and Valerie are very customer oriented. They want to please all customers and will do anything to please you.
