everybody in our family loves hello kitty. we have all gone through the cute stage. whenever we have to buy a present for a little girl, this is usually one of our first stops.
from hello kitty, we went to pochaco, kerroppi, etc.
and we even buy the surprise little packages... we love to be surprised...
and after buying something, they always add a little something something charm for the outside of the bag, it really is soooo cute!

i love shopping in this card store. it is soooo much more than just a card store! i can buy a lot of different kinds of things here. i buy cards, gifts, novelties, bowls, plates, collectibles, etc.
esp after thanksgiving or xmas, they put seasonal stuff on sale as well...
and because it is always somebodies birthday, anniversary or something, i am always buying cards!

and these items are sooo imaginative! there are tempur pedic bed assessories, pillows, massagers, etc.
something for everyone!
and those massagers sure come in handy when shopping all day! they give your back a quick pick me upper!
my most recent purchase was a squishy pillow... that can be used anywhere... on a plane, on a bed, on the sofa, etc

i can get cards, globes, lava lamps, etc.
before i thought it was a store only for teenagers, but since then i have gone in to buy gifts for non-teens!
i would recommend anyone to look in here for different kinds of gifts...

Sanrio Surprises, located inside Santa Anita Mall, sells mostly Hello Kitty things. Years ago, they had a lot of other characters that were popular with pre-teen and teen girls, but now it seems Hello Kitty is all they sell. They have lots of stationary, pens, etc. that make good gifts for girls (my sister and cousins like this place).

The only bad thing about this one is that it's hard to find and is tucked away in some corner of the mall that not many people head towards. Didn't realize for the longest time that I had one so close to me.
It's an Asian store full of items I believe that are from Korea. They're all very cute looking. Good especially for school supplies and giving as gifts. They have their own character stuff animals and sometimes outside ones.
Prices are hard to determine if they don't label them. I think I figured out that you just double the price that's listed on there. They have a wide variety especially if you like their items.
Sometimes they have things on sale such as their cups or sets, and that's a really good deal then.
