So I’m reviewing this place on account of my going there with my girlfriend and based on her experience. Although I waited almost TWO FULL HOURS for her to get a facial and a pedicure, she said it was the best salon-type experience she has ever had. Sure, she paid a lot for it, but she assured me it was worth it.

I have been recommended to this place several times and I stopped in for a visit and the atmosphere is -beautiful.- A very relaxing, calm and soothing place; posh and clean, also. It is true that their staff is extremely detail oriented and focused on -service- rather than money - though, keep in mind that this place is a bit costly and that you will have to pay a nice sum for your royal treatment. Recommended.

Venus Beauty Galleria is an undiscovered gem in Arcadia. Their facial is one of the best experiences of my life. Plan on spending 2+ hours for a standard facial and walking out more relaxed than you have been in a month. Unlike some spas that turn on the steam and leave the room for 15 minutes at a time, a facial at Venus is 100% focused attention. Their standard facial includes 2 full hours of scrubbing, moisturizing, treating, massaging and eyebrow shaping. The technicians here (ask for Mary) are perfectionists and will not quit until you are scrubbed, polished, relaxed and happy. Additional bonus - they are open until 8pm most days and open Sundays as well.
