Last year, my Toyota Camry's engine light came on. My usual mechanic thought it was a knock sensor problem, but wasn't able to figure out exactly what was going on. T&P expertly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a very reasonable price.
Pros: Technical expertise, friendly, independent, reasonable prices
Cons: Out-of-the-way location

I was rather impressed with the way in which they handled me over the phone. No body else around took the time to explain everything to me. They invited me by so I could see several samples actually installed on my truck. They worked me right in and I was able to watch the entire process from start to finish. I am very pleased with the price and the results.

One of the wonderful drivers out there decided to cut in front of me.. I guess not seeing that I was in the lane they were trying to move into. I tugged my car to pull it off the road so they would not crash into the side of my car and in retuen I ran into a huge pothole. I had to get two new tires and two new rims. I have never been to a car place where there has been beyond excellent customer service. Bill and Adam really worked with me to get a great price for me. In return for their awesome customer service and ability to help me work in my budget they have earned my business forever. You will never want to take your car anywhere else!!
Pros: customer service, ability to work with you
Cons: NOTHING!!!!

I got my car fixed there and they did an outstanding job! I got 4 new tires put on and balanced, alignment, inspection, and an oil change, and it was ALOT cheaper then anywhere else I priced by a landslide. This family-owned business is great for any of your vehicle needs, and everyone there is so nice and polite. I would recommend this place to everyone. Top-knotch

I just had my car serviced at Nissan of Apex and while I was there I ended up buying my wife a new Altima. The helpfulness of the entire staff was tremendous. From the salesman to the finance manager, everything was top notch. I have been servicing my vehicle here since 2003 and have had nothing but excellent service. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
