With the motto of no whining, the Apalachicola Seafood Grill is a great place to grab a lighter lunch or a great seafood dinner. Apparently, though I've never tried it, they are the home of the world's largest fish sandwich.

This is a tiny little shop that makes me happy upon entering. When visiting Apalachicola, I always try to make a stop. Cookbooks galore, as well as lovely coffee table books, and even a small section for children. I purchased a pair of reading glasses there last time I was in, and they are my favorites! If you head to the back of the store, you'll get a surprise! Look in the yarn room for a delightful tactile experience! Even if you are not a knitter you will enjoy the lovely show of unique yarns! If you're a reader, be sure to stop in!

I almost have to catch my breath when I enter into this beautiful gift shop. Everything in the store seems to sparkle. So many unusual items, clothing, jewelry, purses, home accessories...almost too much to mention. I have been the happy recipient of Riverlily gift boxes on more than one occasion, and nothing could make me happier! We went for lunch on 10/29. This is a great place. They own another restaurant, That Place on 98, but we didn't have the pleasure of trying it. I ordered the oyster stew--cream, oysters and butter. SO good and the best oyster stew I had all that week. Hubby had a seafood chowder--great. I then had the shrimp salad--fantastic greens--with a green garlic dressing that was yummy. Hubby had the grouper sandwich with fries--great. Service was perfect. It has a bistro feel to it. Very clean. Recommend.
