I've taken my car to several different dealerships for service and Dunning is one of the best. I've been to Dunning three times for repairs and have been very satisfied each time. The service department is friendly, prompt and honest. I've dropped of my car during and after business hours. When dropping if off after hours, they are quick to call the next day and tell you the issue. The prices are, of course, a little expensive, but this is to be expected from any dealership. And hey, the nice thing is that the work is guaranteed and if anything goes wrong you can take it to any dealership in the country without charge - no local mechanic can offer that.
I haven't looked around the showroom, so I can't speak for the sales department, but one time, while waiting for my car, we were looking at a few of the cars outside and someone did approach us. He seemed nice and wasn't too pushy.
I definitely recommend the service department.

I recently visited the service department for service on my girlfriend's car. The initial experience with them was good. I asked them to inform me of the cost of the repairs before they did anything because I am on a tight budget and they obliged. When they told me that they didn't have the parts in the shop and they would have to order them, they said that they would do a temporary fix on the vehicle that would last until the parts would come in. By the time that I got home, the temporary fix had already stopped working and the car was broken again. I went back the next morning and talked to Joe Bliss, the same person that I had worked with before, and this time he wasn't as friendly. The second that he remembered me his attitude changed and he started looking down his nose at me. I asked them what he could do to remedy their temporary fix that I was charged for that didn't fix anything. He became very rude and defensive immediately. I felt as though I was being discriminated against because I didn't have the money to fix the car that instant. I don't recommend working with this dealership/service center because they look down on their less than well off customers and if there is ever a problem they are rude and refuse to fix it unless the customer pays them again.
PROS: Fast service department
CONS: Rude and discriminatory service department, very expensive

Well, i would say, they kind of treat different customers differently depending on your attire or what car your drive. One time, i drove my european car to the lot and within 10 secs on the lot, someone came out and ask if they could help me. The sales person I got is a typical high pressure sales who called me at least 3 times after I test drove a new Highlander. The other time that I went to that dealership to check out car with my friend, we walked there since I left my car in the other dealership close by for servicing. Me and my friend, whom both looks like college girls, were in the lot looking at each car and even went inside to sit in their new model, and no one came out to ask us what we want! I am pretty disappointed, and when we passed by the reception lady, she finnaly ask us, with an attitude, that if we want any help. Obviously, after this time, I would recommend people go elsewhere for their car buying or car fixing!!!

I usually had my car service in Dunning Toyota. But I accidentally went to another car repair workshop and found that the service fee in Dunning Toyota is much more expensive. For regular oil change and tire, brake check, they charge more than $60. If you need to change some parts, it costs more since they use parts from Toyota. I have no issue against it, but I just feel I can save some money in other workshop. Besides, Dunning toyota is not in Ann Arbor city area. Everytime I went there, I had to wait for hours there.

I went to Dunning to look at three specific cars and see whether or not two carseats, two suitcases and a set of golf clubs would fit in those models. I was not interested in test driving because I was at the beginning of my car shopping process. I did not feel pressured at all by Bill with any of the typical car sales tactics. He was very friendly and helpful and showed a lot of patience as it took some time to check what I wanted to check.
PROS: low-pressure car sales
CONS:
