There are many theaters in quality 16. For new movies, you can always find one theater which is available for you. The price for student discount is good. If you go there during the daytime, it's cheaper. No Dobby sound effect though. Besides, you need to drive about 10~15mins from downtown to the theater. A little far away. more

Cheaper than showcase. 9/30/2005

There are two big theaters in Ann Arbor, and Quality 16 is one of them. The tickets prices are a bit cheaper than Showcase, and it's got the student discount. However, the seats are not as good as the other place, so is the surrounding system. It doesn't have Dobi. Close to the Dunning Toyota, so you can watch a movie here while waiting for your car checked. more

Movie Theater of Choice 9/6/2005

Our family prefers this theater over all others. The ticket prices are usually slightly lower than other first run theaters in the area. The drive from our house is a little more pleasant than to some other theaters. But the best of all are the concession prices and serving sizes. The free pop and 25¢ popcorn refills are the best. The only down side is that sometimes the sound is not quite as good as Showcase. more

Good all-around movie theater 8/18/2005

Quality 16 is located on 3686 Jackson Road. I like the range of movies it offers (blockbuster as well as at least one smaller film), its seating (good view from most areas and nice seating up front), its popcorn deals (check out coupons or get refills for cheap), its matinee prices, and its free movies for kids during the spring and summer. Its after-matinee prices are a little expensive, like most big movie theaters these days. more

Our theater of choice 8/8/2005

This is the place we always try to go to to catch a movie. The seating's nice, the prices are decent, and there are coupons if you're willing to track them down. more

Quality 16 7/19/2005

This theater isn't huge, but it always has a good selection of movies and they don't rob you on snacks. They always have coupons in the paper for free popcorn, or a discount or such, and the ticket prices are cheaper than the other theater in town. Easy parking. more
