So my husband and I went to Best Buy the day after Thanksgiving. We knew it was going to be crazy, but this was out of control. We waited in line for over an hour. The sales people "seemed" helpful at first. We had several people ask if they could help us. As soon as we asked them a simple question, "do you have this tv in stock", they said they would check the backroom and no one ever came back. We went to 3 different sales people and while waiting in line to check out, 20 minutes later a sales person returns to answer our question. I know that day must be terrible to work in retail, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will be buying from Best Buy again.
