everyone hates going to the dentist, but they really make you feel at ease here! the friendliest staff imaginable and they have TV's to watch in every room while you are getting your teeth cleaned. They are accepting new patients and they are easy and convenient. Parking is simple, easy in , easy out.

Don Heys is an absolutely super dentist. He is very friendly and he is very kind to his patients. He is exceptionally talented. If you are just going in for a teeth cleaning, then his hygienists will polish you up very nicely. If you are going in for a more serious procedure, then Ron will be sure to take care of you.

Because Karlta is also a nurse, another benefit is that she can explain upcoming medical procedures in clearer language than your doctor usually can. Her office is on hogback Road, but she also makes home visits.

I had to have a problem mole removed, and I am not the bravest of souls. Totally freak at needles. The doctors and nurses where simply wonderful with me. And the resulting sore is healing nicely.
They were particularly above par in advising me about the resulting scars that would likely occur with different removal methods. In fact 4 doctors, one medical student and two nurses took the time to make sure I was confident with my decision. Simply wonderful.
Just a warning, you do need a referral in order to get in, regardless of the type of insurance (HMO vs. PPO) that you have.

As the daughter of a former dental hygienist, I have spent more than my share of time in the chair. Dr. Farah is by far the best I have ever been to. When I moved, I switched dentists, but now I am contemplating making the drive back. He is THAT good. He specializes in teeth whitening, and actually is a national dental lecturer.

University of michigan health system provides the best walk-in clinics for local residents. If you are a University of michigan students, during the semester you don't have to pay any copay for visits. They also take appointments. There is a small pharmacy there where you can get your prescription done. very convenient.

Both of my children were born with congentical eye problems and they both see many of the eye doctors at Kellogg. I am writing this review as an overall of all of the doctors we have seen. The staff are all kind and polite both in person and on the phone. Scheduling appointments are very easy. If you are very concerned with something they will get you in right away, most times same day as you call. Because of the excellent care my children have received here, I have switched to this facility for my eye care needs.

Dr. Nicholson was recommended to me by my mother's Ob/Gyn, and I am so grateful. She was on-time (no uncomfortable waiting in a robe), conversational, professional and willing to answer as many questions as I asked.
Her staff also was great- the entire team at East Ann Arbor makes that not-so great annual experience as good as possible.
