The doctors and staff are wonderful! They really care about my health and provide excellent education to help me understand how chiropractic works and all of the benefits. Most importantly, I feel amazing! I sleep better and have more energy. Plus, I haven't been sick this past year - no colds, flu or anything!

The staff at First Choice Chiropractic is very friendly but due to their philosophy of chiropractic care -- a sort of drive-through experience -- I cannot recommend them for chiropractic care. In general this seems to be a business that is more interested in their patients' money than they are in their patients. Better to steer clear.

I have been to a few differant chriopractic clinics, and this one is the type of clinic that scares people away from chiropractors. I was under the age of 18 when I was a patient here, and they neglected to bill my insuraunce company for over a year and a half. So the insuraunce company denied their bill, as A- they waited too long, and B- I was no longer covered on that insuraunce as I had moved out of my parents. So Klapp sent me a several thousand dollar bill, because they neglected to bill my insuraunce in a timely manner! I told the collector that I was a minor at the date of the appointments, and therefore could not recieve a bill. They had one good chiropractor there ages ago, but when she quit working there, I had to quit going there. She wasnt related to the Klapps themselves (as its a family run business)
