I wanted to take a few friends with me to go on Spring Break during my Junior year at U of M, and decided this place may have better commission rates than, say, that place in The Union. I was right, they did, they didn’t charge us a fortune for a group trip, and they were very nice people. I cannot remember the name of our specific agent right now, but she was great.

I worked with Boersma for work, and they seemed pretty friendly. however, the agent i spoke with (there are only 2 agents there, i believe) didn't always call me back when she said she would. in the end, our business spent a lot more money than we should have in order to book flights for visitors. the agent gave us okay prices, but it was very inconvinient for us because they gave mostly paper tickets to our visitors, and it was a pain when some of the flights or boarding times changed. i'm sure they're capable of handling smaller groups of travelers, but when faced with 10 travelers from all over the world, they seemed to feel overwhelmed. i would personally never go there.

Rashmi is a great travel agent. She is helpful, patient and pleasant. She booked my wedding cruise in 2001. She worked with me for over a year to coordinate all 43 of our friends and family that were traveling with us. She even came on the cruise to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was great. Many of my friends still use Rashmi for all their traveling needs.

This is a small travel agency that I've used quite a few times. Most of the time I purchase my tickets online, but several times they have been cheaper, and there is a particular employee who is very helpful. Parking is a little difficult, but there is a structure right across the street.
