I am terrified of going to the dentist, but I actually don't mind going to see Dr. Mark Egber. He's very gentle and understands my fear. He knows that when I raise my hand, it means I need him to stop--and he actually DOES, unlike my previous dentist.
Jean-Marie, the Dental Hygienist who cleans my teeth, is the sweetest woman and is as gentle as Dr. Egber.
They both have fantastic "bedside" manners!

My family has gone to the Annandale Family Medicine group for about ten years. No medical office is perfect (hence the 4 stars, rather than 5, which says it means "perfect") but AFMed is the best primary care doctor's office I have gone to.
The other reviewer seems to have gone at a difficult time for the office, back in 2003. I have explained (and accidentally duplicated) what happened then, and why I don't think it suggests there will be any problems in the future.
We love Annandale Family Medicine. They see us promptly, they respond well, and they provide good service.

My spouse has been working with Dr. Dutson's office for over a year and has been satisfied with the service. Since my spouse still has another year to go, we don't know what the finished product looks like. Dr. Dutson's office has been flexible in making and rescheduling appointments, and works you in when you have an emergency such as a broken wire or bracket. The price was high but comparable to other orthodontists in the area. Before deciding on an orthodontist, I would recommend going to several orthodontists to obtain price quotes and their recommended courses of treatments.

We spent months, and thousands of dollars, getting substance abuse therapy here for our son. Not only was it not effective (we were lucky to find better help elsewhere after wasting months with these people), they were really not nice, either to the kids or the parents. A sharp-tongued woman named Gretchen Abell ran our group. I never saw her be even pleasant to anyone. I only wonder why we didn't leave sooner.
