One of my very favorites is the walnut and pear salad. They have wonderful fresh seafood, always impeccably prepared. Excellent wine selection as well.

I went to Sacks cafe recently when I was visiting Anchorage from LA. ( I was on a cruise ship). The food was so good. If you're up for something fresh and exciting to eat you should definitly stop by for a visit. The people who work there and very and nice and the atmosphere is great. I got the Alaskan scallops and they were just so fresh and delicious. It was my last stop in Alaska before my flight out and it really left me with a good memory. Next time I'll be in Alaska I'll be sure to stop by.
Pros: good value, creative dishes, nice atmosphere
