We called around the businesses listed in the phone book for a refrigerator that had stopped working and a washing machine that leaked occasionally. This guy was the cheapest and available the soonest. Most places were charging a high call out fee that was not applied to the work done on top of a high hourly fee. This guy charged a lower call out fee than the others and applies it to the total of your cost. Not only was he the best price in town but right off the bat he was telling us what he suspected to be wrong. When he came to the house, he was very informative in telling us what was wrong, what he was doing to remedy it and he worked very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend him, he's friendly and efficient, and if you're a senior or military you get a discount on top of it all :D
