An excellent auto group. Locally owned and operated. Over the past ten to twelve years they have picked up several different franchises and have continued to offer great customer service prior and post sale. Their service departments are great.

My '95 Dodge Caravan broke down last January or so. I got an estimate from the local Dodge dealership, a couple other shops, and these guys. B&B gave me the lowest estimate, and my uncle recommended them. They picked up the van from the Dodge dealership for me, and had the van back to me in 8 days. It's been working perfectly ever since, no leaks, no problems.

It seems that nearly every tire service in Alaska has a distinct lack of respect for customer's property. While the prices and customer service were decent, the general malaise and poor workmanship in the shop led to scuffed wheels and obvious crowbar marks on my wheels. Sure, to most people, wheels are just what the tires go on - but when you have a nice new vehicle, limited edition with a very unique set of wheels - deeply scratching the paint on the rims DOES matter. The manager was courteous but tried to disguise the marks on my rims as "old" or "probably from a rock" - all of which was BS. I decided not to make a scene, referring instead on an old adage of "choosing your battles". The search continues for a tire/wheel shop that gives a ****.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Slow, shoddy work

Our insurance company sent us here and I was skeptical at first just because of it. But they ended up doing great work and were pretty fast at doing it. Their rates are average for what they do. After they were done working on my car you could not even tell it was ever in an accident. They are great

GMC, Pontiac, Cadillac, and Chevrolet dealership. Very large selection however sales are a little pushy. Service department has a little to be desired. I had a new truck that lost a part that came loose on delivery. They said it was a driveability issue and put me in a loaner compact car. A month later I had to file a complaint with GM in order to light a fire under them to get the part and fix my truck.

screwed me out of warranty covered work on my 4 wheel drive till I was 300 miles over the coverage. They found the "mysterious" problem I had been complaining about for over 2 years (4 wheel slipped back to 2 wheel) and said some bs lame excuse about prior management. Its all documented.. Lithia Dodge is better.
Pros: They sell jeeps
Cons: everything else

BAD, REALLY BAD. THE REPAIR SHOP OWNER IS LIAR.
I got an estimate for work, when car was done, I found, that the actual bill is $700 more than estimate. When spoke over the phone with owner, not a single word was mention about increase of the prise. DO NOT BE SURPRISE TO SEE MUCH LARGER BILL.
