They helped to assist me in ordering a gown through one of their companies they work with. I found a large selection of ball gowns for our event, but none in my size. They were really helpful in answering questions and making sure I had everything answered and assisted me when I wanted to try on gowns.

Anderson bride has by far the worst customer service I've ever had. I called twice to confirm my dress order, and I never got any calls back from the only person in the store that could tell me. I eventually went into the store myself where it took the receptionist 20 minutes to get off the busy phone lines to tell me when my ship date was. My ship date was yesterday so I called and gave my information to one woman and asked the status of my dress who then transfered me to 'Don'. I asked 'Don' for the status of my dress and she took my information, then she put me on hold. Once 'Don' got back on the line she said "Anderson Bride this is Don may I help you?" This is not ok, and they should be embarassed. I will never do business with Anderson Bride again and I do not recommend them to anyone. Pros: Purchase was easy, of course Cons: I had to chase them down if I had any questions

I have never been so embarrassed or treated so badly. I am a plus size girl...I'm not huge but I am a size 18. Anderson's treated me like I weighed 400 pounds. Basically I was told to bring in a friend that was smaller to try dresses on since they don't carry dresses in my size. I guess for bridal dresses I wear a 22. My friends - my bridesmaids are big girls too...they were just as rude to them. I finally found what I needed at another shop here in town. FairyTales Bridal. They are nice, they are helpful and they gave me and my friends the dresses we needed. Beware of Anderson's. Go to FairyTales.

I had a great experience at Anderson's Bride. I found that their selection of gowns was comparable to other large stores that I have been too. Their prices were in line with others and the service was above expectation. I worked with Erika and found her to be very helpful with everything. I particularly liked that they offered maids and tuxedos as well. I was happy with them and will, as I am now doing, recommend them to others. Pros: cool atmosphere, open spaces Cons: parking

Anderson's Bride sold me a discontinued FLOOR MODEL dress, for full price! They also have been giving me the run-around on my orders for cake toppers and other orders for 5 months! Please, don't deal with Anderson's and save yourself the stress, heartache and headaches! They have promised to have my order delivered, promised to return calls, and have never come throgh. It's now weeks before my wedding and I still don't have my order - which has been paid for in full!!
