Good: I have visited Disneyland on average once a year for over 40 years. This truly is one of the happiest places to visit! They work hard to make every visit consistent. I like how they add more Fantasmic shows when it gets crowded, and the fireworks are great.. Bad: The annual passes are expensive, but if you are able to go lots of times in a year then this is the cheapest way to go.. Improvements: Some rides break down often, it's hard to know if you should get out of line and come back later. It would be nice if they could give more info on how long until the ride is fixed.. Other: I recently found this guide to be useful in planning my trips to Disneyland. http://www.anaheimvisitorsguide.com/.

The Plaza Inn is located on Main Street in Disneyland Park. The food is really good! The broasted chicken is really good! They serve Lunch and Dinner which runs from $10 to $20 per person. That's counting in your drink and whatever else you might want. They have a Character breakfast that is lots of fun for the little ones! and for the young at heart too! You can inquire on special birthday party plans here.. they will bring you a cake and all. It's loads of fun for everyone! It's Cafeteria style like The French Market Restaurant. Kosher and Vegetarian meals are available. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.
Tip: Go there for dinner about 8:00 pm and sit outdoors! It's a great place for a nice dinner and the fireworks show! It's a wonderful viewing area for them!

The French Market Restaurant is really good. The fried chicken is delicious! The beef stew bread bowl is yummy on a cold night at the park. French Market Restaurant is located in New Orleans Square in Disneyland Park. You can find it right next to the Disneyland Railroad. The Mint Juleps are so good especially on a hot day! Very refreshing! The kids meals are also good here. Most Disneyland Parks serve at least 2 options for the kids.
The seating is outdoors under a canopy. During the winter they usually bring out the patio heaters. It reminds you of being in New Orleans. There is a stage out in the dining area where you can enjoy Jazz music about every 30 minutes. The band is really great! Price range is $10 to $20 a person... that is calculating the drink and other things in.. all depends on you. The kids meals run someplace around $5.

The Carnation Cafe is located in Disneyland Park on Main Street. They have THE BEST foot long chili dogs! Yum! All of their hot dogs are yummy! This is a quick place when you take your food to go, it's not a sit down place. There is seating right outside where you can sometimes catch the fun pianists playing ragtime music. Keep your eyes open... Alice and the Mad Hatter often visit here and interact with the guests, and play games with the kids.

DCA is not as busy as Disneyland. It's a bit quieter and doesn't have as many rides as Disneyland. It's a fun park to visit, but not with the $56. I think this park should be a bit cheaper, because it doesn't have as much. Like Disneyland it is very accommodating to those with disabilities. They have wheel chairs and electric wheel charis for rental. I also suggest that if you want an electric wheel chair, get there early! They sell out real fast and they only have a limited number for the park. They have rental strollers too! Only $7 for an all day rental. I would not recommend them for infants or little ones under age 1. They are the jogging type strollers and they do not lay back all the way. Little ones heads tend to fall forward.
At both Disney parks if you have a disability you can go through the exits and not wait in line. but, be warned that they do screen you pretty good. So, don't think about borrowing a wheel chair and strapping on and ace bandage. Lol People try this quite often and get turned down quite a bit. I've seen some pretty embarrassed people. The park music is fun! You hear songs playing with a total California theme going. (California dreamin', California girls and so many other fun songs) I've been going to this park quite often... about once a week since it opened 5 1/2 years ago. So, if you have a question about the park, I'm the one to ask! lol

Ok, I go about once a week! I'm a premium annual pass holder, and have been for 8 years. Born and raised around the park I know lots of tips about the park. I would suggest that if you would like to be an annual pass holder, go for the premium. That is if you are going to go often. Parking can get expensive! and so can food Etc. With the premium you get free parking and save 10 to 15% on hotels, Restaurants, and stores. Sometimes you can get 20% off of things. You also get exclusive offers that nobody else can get.
It's nice to go whenever I want without worrying about block out dates. So, if family members are visiting and go on a Saturday... I can go too. I'm not blocked out on that day. Some of the other passports have Saturdays... one does not allow you to go on Fridays or Saturdays. The premium passport is well worth it.
Disneyland is pretty accommodating to those who have disabilities. They have wheel chairs and electric wheel chairs for rental. I would suggest that if you want an electric wheel chair... Go early! The sell out pretty quick and Disneyland is very limited to them. They also have stroller rentals for a reasonable price! It's only $7 for the entire day. Much easier than loading yours up and dragging it around. They are pretty nice, but I would not recommend them for infants. They are the jogging type strollers. Have any Disneyland questions? I'm the one to ask! Lol

Disneyland is a great vacation spot for families with members of all ages! You'll definitely want to come back again and again! The rides are fun and if you don't want to stand in long lines, you can get a Fast Pass, which allows you to pass people up in line at a certain time. The shows & parades are fun to watch & very entertaining. And at any time, you can exit the park & go directly across the plaza to Disney's California Adventure, where more fun awaits! Have fun!

The rides are classic and fun, this a fun place to go with with a bunch of friends.

Disneyland doesn't have as many rides as the combined Magic Kingdom has, but there is definitely fun to be had. The new Space Mountain is kind of cool and the Indiana Jones ride is also a pretty entertaining one.
Disneyland is definitely only a few day trip. The rides grow a little tired after a few trips, but there is definitely a certain charm to the park that makes it quite enjoyable.
