I visted Disneyland on my birthday and due to their newest promotion, entrance to the park was free! you have to register ahead of time online and they will send you an email two weeks before your birthday that you have to print out and show to the main ticket window.
i had such a fun time - they give you a birthday pin that you can wear all day long and random people will greet you with birthday wishes. you also get to see all the other people in the park who also share the same birthday as you :)
the rides are geared more for little kids - this is not the place to go for roller coasters or high thrilled rides but more for escaping from the daily grind and running away to a magical place. i was disappointed that i wasn't able to take a photo with Mickey but we did see Buzz lightyear and mary poppins. My favourite ride was the Buzz Lightyear ride - i can't remember the name of it. There are FastPass tickets you can get for the more popular rides in the park that will enable you to bypass longer lines at a given time. I wish they had them on more rides because some of the good ones still had extremely long lineups (60 min + ) that I didn't want to wait for.
still, this is was really awesome. what a great birthday present! i was able to enjoy a day at the park absolutely free! :) it's not so great for the person you drag with you but hey, you can say it'll be their birthday present to you.

Good: I have visited Disneyland on average once a year for over 40 years. This truly is one of the happiest places to visit! They work hard to make every visit consistent. I like how they add more Fantasmic shows when it gets crowded, and the fireworks are great.. Bad: The annual passes are expensive, but if you are able to go lots of times in a year then this is the cheapest way to go.. Improvements: Some rides break down often, it's hard to know if you should get out of line and come back later. It would be nice if they could give more info on how long until the ride is fixed.. Downtown disney was great, there were tons of stores to choose from the resturant options are greater then inside either park, theres goofy's kitchen,espn zone and the rainforest just to name a few, plus a bakery, and tons of shops, we enjoyed the main disney shop which had loads of disney merchandise, they had tons of pins, stuffed animals,clothes, and toys I could have spent just as much time and money here as I did in the park,

Okay so my kids freaked completely out that there were televisions in the bathroom stalls, they thought this was the coolest resturant in the world, the sports lover in me thought it was cool you could have the t.v. at your table switched to 9 different events at once and there was huge screen to watch also.They offer kids meal's and their food was good. It was fun, prices are comparable to say applebees.

A great restaurant to visit on a date or even as a family. The noise level is low, so you can actually converse. They offer take-out, which is always a plus . The portions are of generous size so you will have plenty of left-overs for the following day. They have New Orleans style menu and I would give the Gumbo a try. They offer a broad menu and the food is delicious. Along with the atmosphere this is definitely a place to visit and you won’t go wrong. The service is A+ if even you are just getting it to-go. The prices are a bit high but so is everything in and around Disneyland.

We have had two Garage doors put in by this company in two different homes. The last one has been in for almost 14 years with no problems until one of our cars knocked it off it's track. I emailed Denkers that night, they called me the next morning and had a repair man out to us that afternoon. The door is working better than new and we are very happy about the service charge too.
Don't call anyone else, these guys are the best. They won't cheat you like some of the guys with big fancy ads listed in Long Beach do.
Pros: Quick, Fair, Honest Garage door Company
