The Puppy Dog flowers i ordered got to their destination quickly and before my girlfriend left for work, which was earlier than the delivery time announced but Avante Gardens quickly accomadated to make sure that she would be there to recieve the flowers by arriving early. I also asked that they not tell her ahead of time that they were delivering flowers since they had to call her to be buzzed in, and that request was also fulfilled. The arrangement looked even more beautiful than the picture showed, and my girlfriend was Ecstatic! Thank You Avante Gardens! my week is made. Avante did an amazing job and I just placed another order with them, all the way the from NJ. I trust them completely. I believe they stick to local OC area, which keeps their quality top-notch. My friends mother passed away and I needed to send flowers. Found Avante Gardens on line and called direct to the shop. Spoke with Judy, who was very nice and assisted me with my request. Received an email of order and later an email of delivery. Very nice and professional and helpful. Would definitely use Avante Gardens again when needed in Fullerton. Highly recommend.

Roses are a women's best friend at Valentine's Day. You seem to know how to treat your women. Have you called the florist vendor(hopefully you selected a local florist who you can speak w/ one on one instead of a call center) you placed the order with? Your vendor was able to deliver what you ordered as promised? right? Most florist's I have dealings with are always willing to stand behind their product when I talk to the real florist.. I betcha that if you had called them to let them know about this you probably would have been so happy you would not have to publically vent. If I had a product that did not deliver as promised I would call to see if anything could be done about it. Looks like you did not so that would be my next step. Please let us know the specifics of how and if you got satisfaction.......so all the rest of us will know how to deal w/ these type of problems in the future! ....good day Pros: quality can talk with the designer Cons: none

I had some flowers sent to my girlfriend. I called all the flower shops in town. great prices and even better service. They were the only ones who had the roses i was looking for and when we ran into some delivery problems (Completely my fault) They bent over backwards to make sure that it was taken care of that day. I highly recommend this professional and exceptional business. Pros: great service selection awesome speedy delivery Cons: none
