We arrange to get a car from Hertz before our holiday, and rang them the day before to get the car brought to our hotel in the Disney resort. When we rang we were told they'd be over in 10 minutes, we waiting 2 hours, ringing twice more before they arrived. Surprisingly they didn't have the type of car we'd asked for on hand, but did have a larger one (and more expensive one), which we had to take.
I asked for maps of the district, I was given a map of California which really did not help us negotiate Orange county well. The car was clean, well kept and ready to go when we eventually got it. Not highly recommmended.
