The employees that install/repair the windows are very inexperienced and cut corners on anything they can. We've had them out now 5 times to fix numerous issues and now they're even worse. I'm going to file a complaint after giving them the opportunity to refund most or all of my $9600 i spent.
Pros: nothing at all

This is one of the best aparts I saw. Very few working staff. Nicely maintained. Staff has very few working hours. Good breakfast will be provided. Many tenants are elder people. They don't like very small noise too. This is some what irritating. These aparts are friendly with fedex and ups services. Nice security. Rent is cheaper compared to average in Lincon and anaheim. Parking space is limited. No referrels. Very few apartmnets will be available always. Heavy competetion for these apartments. Very good lawn. Very unfortunate for adelphia cable tv lovers. These apartments doesn't allow any body other than Dish network.

Gilbert Vargas came out in the rain (which didn't seem to bother him) and while I hid under my umbrella, he and gave his reasonable bid. We selected him (and his company) for two important reasons:
1] He's a qualified arborist (which takes 4 years of school) and thus "knew" his business intimately and 2] He repeated back to me EXACTLY what I said I needed to be accomplished. This means he's a good listener, too. VARGAS are all bilingual, by the way.
His company was first rate and came right away. Another brother, Esteban, is working on his arborist certificate and shared some of his green knowledge with me on the work day. I was so impressed that I hired them that work day to ALSO come over to my son's house and do more work that same day. Hurrah for Vargas! $900 well spent.

Picture this.....I was having a new front door installed. The technicians told me that they could not put the alarm transmitter from my old door into the new door, something I had not even thought about. I needed to get a technician out within the hour, otherwise, my alarm wouldn't work. Total Protection sent me a great technician and within the time frame I needed. It only took him fifteen minutes and even saved me money, by transferring my exhisting alarm from the old door to the new. I was and still am a very happy person and will only use them for all my alarm needs.
