Reborn does sloppy work! Left glue all over our walls, used cheap MDX instead of wood; they pay no attention to detail and do not finish things off with nice moldings even when you have a bunch of it left!!! To top it off, the bull noise fell off our granite the first time we ran our dish washer! Now, four years later, our grante is deteroriating around our sink because it was not sealed properly.......it is now going to cost us $1,000 to fix it and it won't look as nice!!! It is the worst experience we have ever had and would not recommend or use them ever again!!!!

Reborn completed the installation of our cabinets in our kitchen and two bathrooms. I am writing because it was such a delight to deal with Reborn Cabinets. From our first contact with the sales rep, to the final inspection by the installer the entire transaction and process was about as smooth and professional as any I have been involved with. We visited the plant when we finalized the deal. I was most impressed by the facility, the cleanliness and friendliness of the personal as well as the equipment. It is obvious a committment has been made to the future of their customers. The installer was on time every day calling before the job began to introduce himself. He was very polite and pleasant to have around. But most of all, he really cared about the work he was doing and wanted to be sure that we were completely satisified. The remodeling of a home is typically a very inconvenient process. I've been through two of them myself. The job your staff did for me, though, was excellent. From Molina, who encouraged me to get the correct designer for my personality - I was going to have her send my samples back to me and was not going proceed with a purchase. To Nilla; who did an AWESOME job of helping me choose the correct look for my home. - tile, cabinets, and accessories. She is a very good salesperson, in handling objections, follow up, and sales techniques. Very professional. I'm a good judge of that as I was previously a Sales Manager for Retail Furniture. John; who is good for customer service. He allowed me to be a customer with valid concerns. He professionally and efficiently handled any job that needed to be completed. All I can say is Thank you! Personal thanks to Eddie who gave me a great design with ideas nobody else could come up with. Doing our kitchen next spring and will certainly use Reborn again. Price was competitive and service was second to none. Lots of other choices, we are glad we made the decision to use Reborn. Pros: Great Ideas Cons: Too many choices

Designer Lydia and her great design talent...Team leader Debbie who kept me posted as to what was scheduled to happen next..and Matt who was always available to "make it all happen" and get it right. During the recent fires when the police and fire department was telling us to leave.. all I could think of was "I want to enjoy this beautiful kitchen, at least for a while." All's well that ends well as the fires are out and the kitchen is a joy. Thank you all and be assured I will be sending business your way as my neighbors have been waiting for the "unveiling". Reborn cabinets completely redid our kitchen. The end product is ok. But they took forever. The workers often arrived very late with no phone call to let you know. One time they left to pick up a part, said they'd be back in an hour. They never came back and they didn't call. The plumbers came out three times just to run the line from the reverse osmosis to the refrigerator. Overall very inefficient time wise. It often took them 2 or 3 trips to do an hour job. I would not recommend Reborn to anyone.

I think the satisfaction of a customer starts with the experience of the designer. Numerous mistakes were made that wound up costing us more money. Once your project is demolished you basically cannot say no to any price increases. They (1) have your money and (2) they know you are not going to leave it that way. I'm not saying Reborn is a bad company, the people were nice and it's really not their fault that the design had mistakes. Never, ever trust their word. Make sure every single thing is in writing. I would strongly suggest you interview the designer and ask for references from previous clients. Make sure you are happy with the designer. Reborn has a lot of designers to choose from. I wish I could post the original design and the way it will be once the project it's finished "very different"! 50% of the reviews in this website are happy with the work. What makes you think that you will be part of that half? Make sure that the odds are on your favor before you sign the contract. Cons: Very pricey. The designer did not visualize the details. The devil is on the details.
