So many guests praised every food on the table especially salmon sliders in fresh baked pate au choux rolls with wasabi sour and bonito soy sauce. Meats were delicious and beautifully cooked. Staffs were on time and diligent. Perfect in every way! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chef Adam to everyone or use again ourselves for the next events in our family.

We historically used Dinner at Eight for all of our events over many years but sadly they have gone out of business. Chef Adam's Catering Services is nearby so we gave them a try. WERE WE SORRY!!! Portions were skimpy, much of the hot food was served at room temperature, and half of the items ran out in the first few minutes of dinner being served, forcing a number of our guests to order meals from the restaurant across the street. Plus the food staff was rude to boot. All this from a food "pro." NEVER AGAIN!!!
