This is the dealer where I purchased my motorcycle. They are very good at price-matching. They quoted me at $280 for a minor servicing. I called around and found a dealer that would do it for $200. They matched their price. Then when I had a problem with a hose not being attached correctly, I took it back to them and they took care of me. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Because my motorcycle is my only means of transportation, they bumped me ahead of all other orders. The staff has a very good memory and is very friendly.

I first checked this place out because I got a free car wash from them when I had my car serviced at the nearby Honda dealership. There's no way I can pass up a free wash, so I decided to try it out. They were very quick, and didn't seem to be horribly busy...especially for a hot, sunny summer day. The staff seemed nice, even though I had a little trouble with their accents. If you are looking for a cheap car wash, Puddles is definitely work a visit...they are quick, efficient, and did a great job. Recommended.

Originally owned by Don, who recently passed away, the business is now run by his son, Mark. We have been using these guys for years and have never been disappointed at the quality of their service. They are kind of slow, however, because they are so busy. So if you want a repair done correctly, but are not in a hurry, bring your car by Ambassador.

I'm always leery of car dealership service departments and in that regard feel I'm a careful consumer when it comes to auto repairs. With that said, as an owner of a Toyota, I have visited 3 different O.C. Toyota dealerships to get service work/maintenance done on my car. The last place I went was to North County Toyota in Anaheim and that is where I'll be taking my car from now on. Service advisor Martin seems to be a straight arrow. He didn't recommend work that wasn't necessary and he took a lot of time with me discussing my concerns. The dealership is beautiful, the waiting area for the service department has desks in private little cubicles where you can plug in your laptop and work if you'd like or if you just want to veg, there's a very comfortable and clean waiting area with a color TV and refreshments. The staff there is ultra friendly and accommodating. My car was done when promised and even washed! I don't know about their sales dept. since I didn't buy there, but I highly recommend their service dept...especially Martin!

I took my car here after being in a wreck, and these guys have been nothing but helpful, especially Peter. Some mechanics can be patronizing if you're a girl, but he's always been very polite. They do get busy, so just call them instead of waiting to recieve a call. They even washed and detailed my car after fixing it!! My car has never looked or run better. They offer loan cars either for free or at a low rate, and free towing as well.

This is a good place to go if you need to replace a tire or if you need something fixed with your tires. I went here when I ran over a nail. They were able to patch it up in just a few minutes. I thought it would be expensive, but it turned out to be dirt cheap. The best part is that you don't need to make an appointment or call first or anything.

This is a good place to take your car if you have ac problems. Mine went out on me in the middle of summer, but these guys were quick and reliable. After giving me some possible causes for the problem over the phone, I went over and took my car in.
They gave me a quick and accurate estimate and the final costs were not a dime over that. Speedy and honest!

When I lived in Orange, this is where I always took my Honda. Little did I know that the prices I was paying were through the roof. They did fix my car well, but they always came up with something different that was wrong with my car each time I was there. I'd get that fixed, and then they'd tell me something else was wrong! So in that respect I didn't enjoy it. Otherwise, I had a pretty good experience the many other times I went there. They knew the car and knew what they were doing for the most part. I've since used other places because of the prices, but Hardin Honda did satisy me somewhat.
