We bought a new 09 Honda Element EX with navigation today. The salesman Rob Klemenz was so easy to work with from the beginning. No pressure. No sleazy tactics. Just total professionalism. They didn't even have the car we wanted in stock and we considered going elsewhere, but Rob was so nice we couldn't give the sale to someone else. We also enjoyed working with Reynaldo in Finance. Funny guy who made the whole process smooth.

I brought my car in for body repair. The whole right side was scraped, and while it was there I had them fix the paint where the garage door had damaged the back of the car. They gave me an estimate, and faxed it directly to my insurance company. They promised that it would be done in one week, but it only took 4 days. Plus they used genuine ford parts, so it looks as good as new! I would recommend their body shop to anyone.

My experience of firestone. I am using Firestone services for the last 6 years. I like their services. They have garantee for their work. The other thing they have life time no payment options like Pay once use life time. The services we got completely depend on the personnel at the local center. I had very bad experience at Anaheim California Firestone. I did transmission oil change. The personnel doesn't know the technology. They were very careless. They don't have communication skills. I got problems with their work. They hesitate to answer our questions. So the work or service we are getting completely depend on the local personnel

Kragen has always been my first choice for purchasing auto supplies and I had a problem there and the manager of the store couldn't help me out but the regional manager really knew how to handle something professionally. Because of the regional manager, they have gained my business back.

Have shopped at wheel warehouse a couple of times to look at wheels and bought/repaired tire there before too. Staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. Sales people are slick and try to get you to buy stuff you don't need. Showroom is OK but a little small. The prices are OK but now that tirerack .com is available with more competitive prices, I usually shop there first for anything.
