Hampshire Fitness Club is a full service club, with weights, machines, a pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts and basketball courts. They offer a wide variety classes for all ages. They cater to the local's as well as students (through student packages for each semester). They are conveniently located and carry state of the art machines. Their staff are very knowledgeable and always there to help and lend some guidance when needed.

In my opinion this is the best gym in town. Of course it’s probably the most expensive as well. In addition to lots of weight and cardio machines they also have a pool, tennis courts, basketball, racquetball courts, and a variety of classes. What I really love is the fact that all of the cardio machines have individual televisions. You need to bring your own earphones – but you can plug yourself in and choose any channel you wish to watch.

Hampshire Fitness Club is a cool place to go if you live close to it. They have a lot of new, well kept machines and there is never a big line or wait for anything. There is a lot of privacy here and the membership fees are good compared to other places in the area.
