I purchased my dress, and it was bueatiful. This review is regarding their seamstress (Marisol sp?) I had very little alterations done. (Cups inserted and bustled) when I returned for my fitting, the cups were hanging out of the top of the dress and there was a black mark on the back of the dress that wasn't there when I had tried the dress on previously. When I took the dress to my own seamstress, she stated the method of a "pull string" is a sign of cheap and inexperienced altering. The shop did offer me a refund to make up for all the problems, but at the time being one week away from my wedding with cups hanging out of the top and a sharpie mark on the back, you can imagine how I felt. Pros: the selection Cons: the seamstress should be fired!

My wife was measured for her dress by a store employee. When the dress arrived, it required extensive alterations equal to the price of the dress. When she complained, the store manager provided no relief. She would not take the dress back. We are going elsewhere for alterations. My message is, "RUN, don't walk from this rip-off joint. Better yet, don't even consider it for your requirements." Pros: None Cons: Rip-Off joint. They want to make $ on extensive alterations.
