Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and friendly. They delivered the bed much faster than expected and it was set up fast and correctly. When I told them just to leave the bed in the middle of the room, that I might need to reaarange it a little, they quickly offered to help me move furniture. To me, this went above and beyond. When choosing my bed, they went over everything very specifcally. They have a good choice of quality bed frames that are not outrageously priced.

My bed (Englander) has massive body impressions (over a 3 difference in height from highest to lowest point!, and Ive only had it a few weeks. I weigh 160 pounds. the lumps are huge and uncomfortable. It is obviously defective, but I have got nothing but the runaround from the store, and nobody from the company will call me back. Its the most blatant case of consumer neglect I have experienced. do yourself a favor and carefully review the return policy, get things in writing, and find out if you will have to take a day off of work just to receive the mattress! huge mistake buying here.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and friendly. They delivered the bed much faster than expected and it was set up fast and correctly.
