I recently purchased a new bedroom set complete with mattress and armoire. I was given a delivery date 6 weeks out. Ashley Furniture held my cash for 6 weeks, then the day before delivery they called to say not all of my pieces were available, it would be a one day delay on my furniture. I had sold my other bedroom set and needed to transfer all of the drawers to my new set. This extra day did not work for me. It took 1-1/2 hours on the phone but finally was given the regularly scheduled date. I was scheduled between 9:30 - 12:30 but my furniture didn't arrive until after 6 and the headboard had scratches on it. PROS: Beautiful selection of furniture CONS: They play games with delivery

This store is huge. Except for the sales people clinging to you when you first walk in, this place has something for everyone. Great furniture for every room.

I just made my first purchase from Ashley Furniture, after shopping for a sofa and loveseat for months. No other furniture store even came close to the selection, prices, and financing that was offered by this store. From the time that I set foot in the store, I was hooked. My salesperson, Rachel Stack, was friendly and helpful. She was also very patient, as I tried to make my decision. This is the place to go for furniture! Warning: you will be stalked by salespeople, just like any other furniture store, but the values are worth it! PROS: Great prices and selection CONS: Accessories are over-priced
