My mom and sister have both bought mattresses from them and gotten delivery the same day and they didn't charge any extra for delivering to the third floor. Mattress Models sold me a mattress and matching boxsprings. The owner, Jesse Maley, told me the mattress was worth 3,000$ new. I later saw it advertised new online for only 800$. The boxsprings were not new- they were recovered with fabric. They turned out to be mismatched old stained boxsprings of different height. There was also a body fluid stain on one. So if you bought from them, check your boxsprings. I exchanged these items. The next set of boxsprings had a stain on them that smelled. I asked for yet another set of springs and a different mattress. Jesse Maley told me the boxsprings would be new and that they would match the mattress. They were also recovered! The mattress I could not even allow in the house because it reeked of insecticide. (Know that Florida law requires all mattress resellers to douse their mattresses in toxic insecticide). Jesse Maley signed a legal document stating I would receive a full refund of 525.00 (75.00 of delivery charges would not be returned to me) by September 14th. I signed the document and waited. I have not received my refund and she has refused to send me a certified mail tracking number. She lied that she sent me the refund and did not. She lied and sold me filthy old mattresses and springs. These people are now under investigation by Consumer Protection and I would advise no one to shop there. She will no doubt write a counter review denying all of this. But I have the written proof that I am owed a refund and have not received it. I was skeptical before I went and saw what they had and I am so glad I gave it a shot. They took their time and helped me find a mattress that would work for me after my back surgery. They were extremely educated about all the different beds they had and gave me advise and didn't try to sell me the most expensive set. They delivered it to my apartment within two hours after I purchased it! I recommend them to everyone who doesn't want to pay retail prices and still get a good mattress! This place goes the extra mile...I was so impressed when I bought a mattress set from them and they delivered it the same day - I live on the third floor and they not only brought it in but they put together a bed I had bought somewhere else and helped my boyfriend get the dust ruffle on. Anthony was the delivery guy and he was so nice and helpful. I have never gotten such great service from the big furniture stores. I love my new bed! I bought a King SIze Mattress from these people for only $400 - they were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right mattress with no pressure - the mattress was in great shape and they delivered the same day for only $25. I was nervous about buying used furniture but I am going back to buy mattress for my kids. Very nice people! Pros: Lowest prices on mattresses anywhere - very friendly and prompt delivery Cons: They only show by appointment but they were flexible with my work schedule
