I am a very active, 41-year old who had a breast augmentation 14 years ago in California. After the surgery, my breasts had extremely wide cleavage. They felt firm and had diminished sensation through the nipple and areola on both breasts. I also felt them move up and out to an extreme when I flexed my chest. I heard wonderful comments about Dr. Bauer and his stunning breast surgery results. After a consultation, Dr. Bauer put together a plan, first removing the old saline implants and replacing them with silicone implants. He explained that the breast fold incision allowed him to correct the sidewall with internal stitches and create cleavage again. He did not promise improved sensation of the breasts, yet I came out with more sensation and was astounded by it! I couldn’t believe how soft my breasts felt and how gorgeous they looked – even without a bra on, something I could never do before. The results were so much more than I ever expected!

Breast Augumention & Tummy Tuck - Once they get your money they have nothing to do with you anymore. Nurses are the only ones who see you after your surgery. Doctor never returns phone calls. Leaves you with bad results and a large fee to fix them. I was told he was the best doctor in town and that just wasnt true in my case.

I have met with this practice a couple of times though I have not had any plastic surgery done yet. I have been pretty pleased with the experience so far. The office is really nice and in a great location and easy to find. The nurses and staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I had a very comfortable experience going for a consultation and the doctor and nurse seem very knowledgeable and professional. I would tell anyone that was thinking of plastic surgery to go and check this place out. I saw Dr. Fardo and he was very nice.
