The salon I have been tanning at for years closed this year so I went into Solar Dimensions... I had heard about the new bed they got this year from a friend and had to check it out... This bed is amazing, to maintain my tan (& I am TAN) I only have to go in once a week! The staff is awesome there! They know so much about tanning and made me feel like they actually cared about my tanning progress. Give them a shot like I did, you will be pleased ;) Pros: Helpful Staff, Very Clean, New Beds!

It is really a shame because before it was Solar Dimensions, it was a privately owned salon, probably the best one I had ever been too, she changes her bulbs frequentlly, and treateds her customers with respect. Something these guys know nothing about. ANd once they get you r charge card they purposely make it very difficult to cancel. I had niot been there ain 3 months and had fiuled out the 30 day cancellation, they said i didn;t and owed them ike 400 dollars. On top of that never even got any color. Dont Go There!! Pros: Location Cons: No Tan, Credit Card Charges, Hard to Cancel

The salon is overpriced. Th employee turnover is unbelievable. You get to know someone and then there is another new person. Don't get them upset while you are there, you never know what will happen. I said something to an attendant after she asked me several questions regarding eye wear. I knew something was going to happen. I thought she was going to burn me up in a bed but she did not. Instead she went out to the parking lot and keyed my vehicle. I know that this happened because I went to the Kroger next to the salon before going to the tanning salon and placed packages on my passenger side of my vehicle. When I got home I went to get the bags from my passenger side and found my car had been keyed. Of course they denied it. I just waanted everyone to know what kind of characters manage this shop.
