They sold products, service, gift certs, and everything else until they closed out of business. I visted the spa that replaced them earlier today and the manager was telling me how they get a couple of people everyday wanting information about Juve. I'm trying to track the owner, or anyone, down so I can reclaim my money from these crooks. If you have any information please call or email me ASAP; or post it on here! This spa never had any product in stock no matter how many times I had planned a visit!! While in service, you could hear all the doors slamming from the other occupants in the building and the dry clearnes next door might as well be getting the massage with you! It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was disappointed that everytime I gave this place a shot, it didn't work out! The staff needed improvement and the location itself was horrible! Never seen a spa so dirty! Pros: Nothing! Cons: Everything about this place

Planned a makeup lesson for my wife and have been sorely disappointed by the experience. First appointment was canceled because they were switching makeup lines and didn't have any in stock. When we showed up for the second appointment a couple weeks later we were told that they were moving and had packed up the makeup. Juve was in the process of packing the store while continuing to service customers in the midst of the clutter! They were even unable to reschedule since they have not yet decided on a new location. We have decided to take our business elsewhere after this embarrassment.

Took advantage of an email coupon for 1/2 off of facials and made the drive from Buckhead to Alpharetta. OMG!! it was wonderful. Wish I could afford to see them more often but the ambience is great and my skin looked fabulous. I had the vitamin C facial. I fell asleep and even caught myself snoring. Pros: staff, great robes Cons: waiting area, price
