Great Gym 7/22/2007

New owners, yes. But this time the new owners are doing things to greatly improve the gym. They are expanding to be open 24 hrs, have improved everything from towel service, upgraded speaker system, expanded hours, new equipment, etc. They have hired a helpful, responsible staff and weeded out all the "bad seeds"! Kudos to a job well done. more

New Owners 3/17/2007

In January new owners took over the gym. The hours have been extended during the week and weekends. Massage services are now available. Towels are offered to all members. The person who would stand in the back of the aerobic classes is not a the gym anymore. Personable staff and very clean. more

Ain't best for competition 2/26/2006

Had to sign up for at least a year for membership here, and not really my type of aggreement for something that I might not do for a whole year. Unlike others that don't require contract for exercise. The place doesn't has any swimming pool or spa either, some good equipments, classes. Location is pretty ok, near main street, easy to access except on weekend; where there everybody need to work out, and only open for few hours. more

Decent Gym 9/3/2005

I have gone to this gym for about 2 1/2 years. They are okay. They offer weights, aerobic, and classes. I pay $30 a month for a membership there and had to sign a 2 year agreement when I signed up. The hours on the weekend are pretty limited as they close at 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. They do not have a pool or a spa but they do have 2 showers (at least in the ladies locker room). Its a small gym but it gets the job done. The staff are somewhat friendly and helpful if you need them. more
